Development of Amazon Alexa to change virtual assistant market?

Amazon is revamping the Alexa App and is focussing on personalisation and navigation.

The company after the Second Google Glasses launch has begun to answer back by improving its assistant. The app's interface has chnaged to improve usablity and changed its gestures. The app can be synced with the Amazon Echo (second picture) and has focused on improving customisation and changing are going to make regular changes to the software to better suit the consumer.

By further developing their AI, and syncing the new Alexa app with the Amazon Echo, Amazon is able to challenge the new google glasses by taking a small step in their AI development. Even though Google Glasses are able to connect the user to the large database of the search engine giant, Amazon is focusing on using Google and its data/information to create an improved and advanced augmented assistant system.
