Apple makes a colourful comeback in the tech world.

It is no secret that Apple has been ruling the IT industry. It has built its trillion-dollar empire by priding itself on innovative technology and minimalistic designs. The perfect combination between technology, class, and design drove Apple to sell mainly pastel-shaded products. But, suddenly, Tim Cook breaks this trend and brings the past to us with the new iMac.
iMac and MacBook have always been known to be the goat amidst a lamb flock. Something distinct, something outstanding.
The infamous Steve Jobs introduced the world to design based technology, and one of his most successful inventions was the coloured Macs.

These Macs were state of the art breathtaking machines. They were the future, and then after some time, due to changing trends, they were discontinued. Then, Apple started to distinguish between the "good stuff" and the "normal stuff". The "good stuff" was given very monochromatic colours and the "normal stuff" like the Apple Watch and iPhone got a lot of colour variants.
Now, after a year of mundane work from home, Apple wants to break that trend and bring colour to our homes. Everyone is working from home, and Apple is trying to change the corporate and professional vibe of the iMacs and make it more homely.
Making it for the family now, the new iMac with all its tech features focuses on one thing. Attraction.
A house has colour and character; regardless of the simplistic beauty of the iMac in its pastel colours, it does not fit in a "home". So, this new design philosophy targeted at work from home is writing a new chapter in Apple's history.
Overall, Apple is trying to relive its designing glory by predicting the future of work and giving your rooms a new conversation topic. Time will tell whether this new generation of iMacs settles well in the market.
