Vodafone and Idea fire 1500 employees

Due to slowing market market growth, these giants have decied to fire alrge number of their personnel. The vendors for these giants have stopped taking orders for the firms.

As Vodafone and Idea fire their staff their vendors: Nokia, Ericcson, and Huawei have stopped taking their orders. These vendors manage and install all the towers for these companies.
Vodafone already has a rising debt of Rs. 1,12,000 crore and also an added due of Rs. 50,000 crore to the Indian Government over Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) which is a percentage telecom companies share of their total revenue with the government.
Due to this action taken by Vodafone and Idea there is major chaos in the market with many vendors cancelling further orders from the company. They are extending the order period as the financial situation of the firms are doubtful. Due to the slow expansion of the firm, and decreasing market share with no new equipment or technology being introduced the vendors are doubtful for the firm's success.
There are Rs. 4,000 crore overdue for Vodafone, this has been piling up since the last 6 months. Expectations are for the firm to have worsening situations in the Indian market.
