Microsoft having takeover ambitions towards TikTok, would this relaunch the app in India?

As the TikTok ban moves to USA, there are certain developments which are taking place in its global position. Microsoft is planning to buy the global operation of TikTok. Which is relating to directing all the operations, decisions, finances, and services provided by TikTok across the globe, including India.
Currently negotiations between ByteDance (owner of TikTok) and Microsoft are taking place. The US government will ban TikTok on 15th September, 2020 and if the negotiation fails then TikTok will be banned from there too. The original plea was for Microsoft to just buy the USA operations of the app, but now they are looking at buying the Indian, European, and USA operations.
The deal could be made at $50 Billion for the global operations, however, not decided yet. How does this impact India?
As Indian ban is due to the relation of TikTok to the Chinese Government and data privacy issues. If the app is bought there will be no issues as the firm would operate under microsoft. An organisaiton whose products are allowed to be used in India. However, lifting the ban may not be be prompt, as the government would expect large marketing to make the Indian Citizens understand that the ban can be lifted due to no connections with the Chinese Government.
If this additional step cannot be taken then due to false data being supplied nationwide thorugh social medai, multiple unrests, and political backlash could be felt throughout the country. Alsongside that, microsoft would post acquisition feel uneccessary market push factors due to asymmetrical information. Thus, even after the acquisition of the operations, certain degree of groundwork could be expected and is recommended.
