As the festive season is coming close the shopping sprees are making a return. The online store will offer the latest Apple products, but alongside they will also provide the first-ever customer support. Currently, Apple products are only available in India through online portals such as Amazon and Flipkart. This will now be changed as Apple will directly enter the market now.

This launch was supposed to be in March, however, was pushed back due to the pandemic. The platform will also allow people to trade-in their old iPhones directly to the company. The online portal also allows customers to get in contact with official Apple Specialists which helps them make decisions in their product selection. They will also look at providing deals, discounts, etc. to the customers. The company will also allow customers to engrave their products and gift wrap.
